Today we launched in-app messaging for vendors, market organizers, and users. It is free and available to everyone on Marketlly right now.
Why We Built It
As we talked to more market organizers and vendors, we kept hearing the same thing. People were getting one-off questions through text, Instagram DMs, Facebook messages and it was a lot to keep up with, especially when you are mixing personal and business on the same accounts. We wanted to fix that by putting everything in one place.
For Market and Event Organizers
If you manage a market or event, this one is for you. All your vendor communications now live inside Marketlly so you are not jumping between your phone, email, and social media to track down a conversation. If you work with a team, it is even more useful. Everyone can see the full message history so there is no more back and forth asking "did you message them already?" or "what did they say?" You can jump into any conversation, catch up on what was said, and pick up right where someone left off.
How It Works
To send a message, just click on a vendor and send them a message. The conversation starts automatically. You do need an account to send messages, so if you do not have one yet you will need to create one first. Your conversations are saved so you can always go back and reference them.
