Market day moves fast. Vendors are pulling in, booths are going up, and as the organizer, you're trying to keep track of who's set up and who hasn't arrived yet. It's a lot to manage at once.
After talking to several market organizers and spending some time at markets in person, it was clear that a check-in tool was missing from the picture. Not a complicated system. Just a simple way to mark off vendors as they arrive so you're not doing it all in your head.
That's what we built.
How It Works
With vendor check-in, you can mark vendors directly from your booth map. As vendors show up and get their booth set up, check them off. If someone hasn't arrived, you'll see that right away. If there's a mix-up with a spot, you'll know which booth it's tied to.
No more walking around with a clipboard or trying to track everything in a group chat. The booth map becomes your live view of how market day is going.
Who Has Access
Vendor check-in is available to everyone on the free plan. The only requirement is that you've already created your booth map inside Marketlly. If you have a booth map set up, the check-in feature is ready for you.
Why It Matters
Market day is one of those things that looks simple from the outside but gets chaotic fast. Vendors show up at different times, some need help, and things don't always go as expected. Having a clear view of what's happening with each booth means you spend less time figuring out what's going on and more time actually running the market.
This was a feature request that came directly from organizers we talked to. We're glad to get it out.
